DONALD'S TRUMP NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISER RESIGNS

President Donald Trump’s national security advisor, Michael Flynn, has resigned as national security adviser over his contact with Russian officials before the US president took office.
His resignation came in Friday after allegations surfaced that the three star general had colluded with Russia's ambassador Sergey Kislyak, which is illegal as he was still a private citizen then who has no right to discuss diplomatic matters.
In his statements he said;

"Unfortunately, because of the fast pace of events, I inadvertently briefed the Vice President elect and others with incomplete information regarding my phone calls with the Russian ambassador,"
"I am tendering my resignation, honored to have served President Trump, who in just three weeks has reoriented American foreign policy in fundamental ways to restore America's leadership position in the world,"
Former Chief of staff of the White house security council,
Retired General Keith Kellogg, has filled in the position as an acting role.
